Brian Leitner's pedigree in California and Mediterranean cuisines began in the kitchens of Caffe Museo, Gordon's House of Fine Eats, and the internationally renowned Chez Panisse. His relentless search for the finest and freshest organic and sustainable ingredients drives his cooking and menu writing, bringing together simple ingredients with spectacular results.

With a background in film production, Kim Stevens brings a producer's eye to LRE's events. Her modern, urban style is permeated with clean lines and flourishes of color with a nod to tradition. Through her extensive experience in the event and restaurant industries Kim has developed a network of the city's best lighting designers, florists, musicians, and artists.
